I will design monthly programs with attainable goals that keep you on track without the dreaded setbacks of burnout or injuries. Each month, you will receive 4 new customized workouts as well as one monthly 45-minute personal training session with me!
My goal is to help you feel confident in your workouts and nutrition so you are empowered to reach your goals effectively. Within the first month, you will feel more energized and motivated to complete your workouts, and you may even begin to see some changes happening!

8-WEEK WEIGHT LOSS
PROGRAM
This 8-week program is designed to help you establish the habit of exercising and focus on healthy eating so you can work towards your weight-loss goals!
I have designed this program to start off easy so you can focus on creating the exercise habit for the first 4 weeks and then add intensity in the last 4 weeks. You can complete these workouts at the gym or at home with resistance bands!
