IN-PERSON TRAINING

This isn't your typical overcrowded public gym.

It's a semi-private gym used only by trainers and their clients. So everyone is there to work hard, just like you.

Availability is limited for in-person training. Online coaching is always available.

GYM TRAINING INCLUDES

Each session includes a warmup, workout, and cool down with stretching.

All are very important to ensure a safe and effective workout session. 

A wide variety of strength equipment to maximize your workouts and achieve great results!

Equipment includes :

free weights, machines, cables, sandbags, sleds, cardio machines, and Power Plates. 

None of my clients are doing the same workouts. We all have individual bodies that need a customized approach. Your workouts are designed by an educated professional to fit your unique body and goals. 

You will receive online coaching in addition to your weekly sessions.

This enables me to give you the extra support you need outside of the gym! You'll receive access to the fitness app, nutrition coaching, weekly check-ins, monthly evaluation calls, and the private client facebook group.
