I will help you become familiar with various gym equipment in a focused environment.
This isn't your typical overcrowded public gym.
It's a semi-private gym used only by trainers and their clients. So everyone is there to work hard, just like you.
SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
These sessions consist of 3-5 people per hour block. Everyone does their own custom workout, but I'm there giving guidance and support. It's a great way to receive 1-on-1 support without the high costs of personal sessions!

GYM TRAINING INCLUDES
Each session includes a warmup, workout, and cool down with stretching.
All are very important to ensure a safe and effective workout session.
A wide variety of strength equipment to maximize your workouts and achieve great results!
Equipment includes :
free weights, machines, cables, sandbags, sleds, cardio machines, and Power Plates.
Your workouts are designed by an educated professional to fit your body and your goals. You will also receive nutrition guidance to help reach your goals
