IN-PERSON TRAINING

This isn't your typical overcrowded public gym.

It's a semi-private gym used only by trainers and their clients. So everyone is there to work hard, just like you.

GYM TRAINING INCLUDES

Each session includes a warmup, workout, and cool down with stretching.

All are very important to ensure a safe and effective workout session. 

A wide variety of strength equipment including 

free weights, machines, cables, sandbags, sleds, cardio machines, and Power Plates. 

We all have individual bodies that need a customized approach. Your workouts are designed by an educated professional to fit your unique body and goals. 

You can go through your unique workout by following the program on the fitness app!
