"What I like most about the workouts Rachael designs for me is just that,
they are for ME. I’ve done plenty of workout videos over the last decade (the Beach Body series like Piyo, P90x, Jillian Michaels, Metamorphosis and others) with decent results, but with Rachael, I am challenged in ways I have never been challenged before. I've noticed toning in my arms and legs that have never been there even at my most fit. What I really love is she is able to give me exercises that really help to tone and tighten my core and pelvic floor. None of the workouts that she designs for me are high impact, but I am still able to get results.
