the postpartum year is hard
You love your baby and are so happy to hold them in your arms...
But your body doesn’t quite feel like home anymore, and that deeply bothers you.
It feels unfamiliar.
Weaker.
Disconnected.
You feel a pressure to get back to your previous self. You’ve maybe tried to get back into a workout routine but everything feels so much harder.
You're left feeling alone and lost because no one has really shown you HOW to rebuild during this challenging season of life.
Here's the truth
You don’t just need "perfect" workouts.
You need a progressive method that guides you through a process with your circumstances in mind.
Pregnancy and birth placed real demands on your body:
Your core and pelvic floor took damage.
Your hormones have shifted.
Your body has been depleted of nutrients.
Your tissues are healing.
Recovery is harder.
This isn’t a season you just "push through" and force your pre-pregnancy workouts. You deserve better than that.
This is a season where INTENTION and PROGRESSION are crucial for your well-being.
Our mission
The mission of The Reinvented Mother Method™ is to guide new moms through a structured, intentional rebuilding of their bodies after pregnancy and birth — restoring foundational strength, reinforcing resilience, and empowering them to step into their new identity with confidence.
We exist to replace the pressure to “bounce back” with a smarter, more sustainable path forward. One that honors what the body has carried, rebuilds it with purpose, and helps every mother feel strong, supported, and at home in her body again.
About
Hey! I'm Rachael Tucker, mom of 4 and founder of the Reinvented Mother Method
The Reinvented Mother Method™ is a health and fitness program that empowers postpartum moms to re-strengthen from within to discover a more beautiful, confident version of themselves within motherhood.
So many new moms feel lost during this life-transition because they are striving to return to the old version of themselves. They believe they need to “bounce back” to their pre-baby body in order to feel strong and confident again.
The Reinvented Mother Method was created to change that narrative.
We believe in embracing and reinventing yourself in motherhood by intentionally creating a new standard of strength, confidence, and identity.
We help you embrace your transformation by:
-
Accepting that your body and life has changed [for the better!]
-
Building a new level of strength and resilience
-
Embracing a new love for your body - working towards physique goals in a way that honors and respects your body
-
Creating new healthy habits and systems that work within motherhood
-
Adopting a growth mindset around life, health, and performance
-
Addressing mental blocks with behavior change strategies
We don't just give you workouts or quick fixes.
We guide you through a structured, deeply transformative
fitness journey where you:
-
learn about your postpartum body through the educational hub
-
build relationships with other moms at our monthly group workout sessions
-
recieve support as you navigate this complicated season of motherhood
The Reinvented Mother Method guides you through 4 intentional phases:

The 4-Phase Method
phase 1
Reconnect

phase 2 Reinforce

phase 3 Rebuild

Phase 4 Reinvent

You can’t build strength on dysfunction.
The goal of this phase is not intensity, but precision.
After pregnancy and birth, the connection between the diaphragm, abdominals, and pelvic floor is often disrupted. In this phase, we restore awareness, coordination, and control. You’ll learn how to properly engage your deep core, regulate intra-abdominal pressure, improve posture, and move without compensation.
You’ll also focus on reconnecting with yourself. You’ll take time to process your birth experience and explore what you need and want during your healing and recovery process.
You’ll focus on:
-
Core and pelvic floor synergy
-
Improved posture
-
Reducing core and pelvic floor dysfunction symptoms
-
Building confidence in foundational movement
-
Eating a nourishing diet to support healing, hormones, and breastfeeding
-
Mindset work: Processing birth experience, appropriate expectations on recovery timeline, and letting go of internal pressures to do more
Once the core system is functioning properly, we strengthen it.
Here, we increase stability and durability. Your deep core work progresses into full-body strength patterns. We reinforce proper movement mechanics under load, ensuring your core can handle more resistance safely and effectively. This is where women move from “fragile” to “capable.”
You’ll focus on:
-
Adding resistance/weight to breathwork
-
Building core strength with tension control
-
Improve joint stability and balance
-
Learn how to create systems that decrease the stress of motherhood
-
Learn how much protein you need and how to reach your protein goals
-
Mindset work: not associating worth with body image/weight, working through habit changes, creating new predictable weekly plans that work within your capacity
Now that your foundation is stable and strong, we focus on gradually rebuilding muscle and strength.
In this phase, we progressively increase intensity, volume, and complexity to rebuild muscle, strength, and metabolic capacity. This is where you may start to notice some fat loss, but that still isn’t the goal here. This is where you start preparing your body for the fat-loss phase later on.
You’ll focus on :
-
Increasing strength and build back muscle
-
Improving muscular endurance
-
Testing joint stability with unilateral exercise
-
Gradually increase your metabolic activity to safely lose fat
-
Fueling your body with whole foods that support metabolic function and muscle building
-
Mindset work: Maintaining consistency over perfection, managing overwhelm and stress reactions, developing a mental framework balancing discipline with self-compassion, patience with the rebuilding process
This is where you move from rebuilding, and start becoming.
You’re no longer recovering.
You’re operating at a new standard.
Workouts, nutrition, and consistency aren’t things you force…
they’re part of who you are. You now move through life feeling strong, capable, and confident.
During this phase, you’ll focus on:
-
Progressively building intensity with confidence
-
Pursuing sustainable fat loss from a strong, supported foundation
-
Fueling your body in a way that supports long-term energy and health
-
Letting go of your “old self” and embrace your new, stronger identity in motherhood
This is where true reinvention happens
-
You see yourself as strong, capable, and resilient
-
You adopt a health-first identity [without extremes]
-
You release comparisons to your “old body” and truly appreciate your body now
-
You align your habits with the life you want to live
-
You stop fearing change and start leading through it
-
You become an example of strength and stability for your family
-
You begin building your life from a place of confidence, not limitation
This is more than physical transformation.
It’s the moment you stop trying to “get back”and fully step into who you’ve become.
Confident. Strong. Grounded. Reinvented.

Where rebuilding after birth is the norm, and every woman has the tools, support, and confidence to feel at home in her body – always.

FAQ's

When should I start this program?
Regardless of when you start, the RM method is designed to support you through all the stages of your first postpartum year! This method is structured to gently guide you through even the early healing process. You can start as early as 4 weeks postpartum (for vaginal birth) or 8 weeks postpartum (for c-section) with your doctor’s clearance to be sure your incision has healed. If you feel more comfortable waiting, we recommend starting sometime between 6-12 weeks postpartum.
I’m over a year postpartum,
is it too late to start?
It’s never too late to start! You will still need to progress through each phase, but depending on your health and core integrity, the timeline could be expedited or stay the same. It just depends on life-factors and what we see with your movement assessment. Some educational and mindset materials may be irrelevant because you aren’t in the early stages of the postpartum journey, but they will still give you a lot of understanding and prepare you for any future pregnancies.
How long does it take to complete this program?
The moms you see maintaining healthy lifestyles and bodies took years (not weeks) to develop the skills required to maintain that. Here’s the truth, making lasting changes takes time and practice (and adjusting to a newborn at the same time can slow the process). There is a lot of mental work that goes into making changes, and this program won’t rush you on that process. The duration will vary for each woman depending on her life-factors: health, recovery timeline, previous workout experience, nutrition knowledge, sleep, setbacks, demands, and resources. The goal is to complete all 4 phases within 12-18 months. Each phase will take somewhere between 2-6 months depending on your unique life-factors.
What if I want to see a pelvic floor therapist for the first few months?
We highly encourage you to do so! They are amazing resources and very helpful with the things your coach may be not qualified to do. Our pelvic floor occupational therapist, Janette Kuhns, added so much helpful information in the RM Method educational hub, so you will receive extra knowledge on pelvic floor health within the program. You can absolutely see a PF therapist and be a part of the RM method at the same time. The initial phase of the RM Method focuses on core and pelvic floor exercises and reconnecting with your breath-work, and pelvic floor therapy will only enhance your progress through the RM Method. If you are open to connecting us with your therapist, we can make sure your workouts are in line with your treatment plan.
How is this workout program different from other online postpartum programs?
Like the other postpartum programs, you’re given workouts to heal core dysfunctions, rebuild strength, and lose weight. But the Reinvented Mother Method is NOT a quick-fix method. As the name states, our goal is to help you reinvent yourself as a mother, instead of trying to “go back” to your old self/body/life. We empower you to become a stronger, more resilient woman within motherhood by incorporating mindset and behavior change tools. With the RM method, you’re given one-on-one coaching support for that entire first year postpartum (and beyond if needed). This method is designed to be the support system you need to navigate all the ups and downs of that first year+. You have someone in your corner not just giving you workouts and nutrition, but checking in on how you’re doing mentally and emotionally with all the changes and helping you learn how to work with the challenges. If you’re really struggling, we have connections with postpartum depression therapists to give you extra support! Another helpful support is the RM community! You get to meet other moms at the monthly group workout sessions to build friendships with other women who are on a similar journey! So as you can see, the RM Method is unique in its approach to completely support moms physically and mentally as they navigate their journey of reinventing themselves.
Where are the group workouts?
Our group workouts are hosted at Scott's Training Systems gym in Chandler, AZ. They are 60 minute sessions where you receive in-person support from a coach and get to meet other moms who are on a similar journey as you! You can learn more about this gym here:
