I will help you become familiar with various gym equipment in a focused environment.

This isn't your typical overcrowded public gym.

It's a semi-private gym used only by trainers and their clients. So everyone is there to work hard, just like you.

GYM TRAINING INCLUDES

Each session includes a warmup, workout, and cool down with stretching.

All are very important to ensure a safe and effective workout session. 

A wide variety of strength equipment to maximize your workouts and achieve great results!

Equipment includes :

free weights, machines, cables, sandbags, sleds, cardio machines, and Power Plates. 

Your workouts are designed by an educated professional to fit your body and your goals. You will also receive nutrition guidance to help reach your goals

With your monthly package, you will have access to the

Curved Fitness app!

This is where you can access all of your workouts, view upcoming sessions, and keep track

of your progress!

Everyone does their own customized workout but I'm there to help and guide you! This is also a great way to make personal training more budget friendly!
