*Weight loss is entirely dependent upon your efforts. Exercise and diet are equally important with weight loss. Exercising will expend calories and utilize stored fat, but it is also very important to be sure you are eating healthy, wholesome foods to prevent unhealthy, excessive caloric consumption.
